KAP prefers monthly donations. This
guarantees a monthly income and
helps to create continuity in our activities, and makes it easier to
plan improvements.
At the
moment KAP has around 100 subscribing members who contribute monthly.
Last year, this made it possible do send over around 40,000 pounds to
Kenya, to support the Hospital and the schools.
On a
monthly basis, KAP expenses (staff and running costs) are around 2,600
pounds. 1,400 pounds of the total expenses are covered by donations.
1,200 is covered by income generating activities and patient fees in
Kenya.
